Fernand Gottlob

Fernand Louis Gottlob, 1873-1935, a member from 1904 until his death, was a graphic artist, portraitist, book illustrator, lithographer and painter who designed 12 Cornet Society menus between 1904 and 1931. He was a well-known caricaturist for many humorous Parisian popular magazines such as Le Journal Amusement, Le Rire and Sourire. Two of his early and most famous works appeared in The Masters of the Poster (Les Maitres de l’Affiche).
